Fragt für Email/ Passwort / Land um ein Konto zu erstellen. Behauptet danach das dies ungültig sei... Kann Ticket-Links nicht mit app öffnen bis ein Konto erstellt ist. Zum Glück gibts ja Adobe PDF. Spar dir den Speicherplatz!
I made an account and trying to login but every time it says "Technical Problem Try Later.." What's the problem and how many days ?
Für mich war das wichtigste Feature das Ticket, welches offensichtlich NICHT offline gespeichert wird. Wenn am Eingang kein/schlechtes Wifi/4g-Netz verfügbar ist (Theater am Käfigturm) muss man wieder umkehren...
For some reason the filtering of events by geo location (current location or based on writing the city name) does not work, so it's too annoying to use to find events. If that's fixed, I would adjust the rating. PS: you should have a way to report bugs directly through the app Update: after the update the problem is partially fixed. I can filter based on current location, however, I still cannot filter based on writing a location (e.g. trying to find all events happening in Lausanne next)
App crashed several and did not show purchased tickets on web version. Could not reset password without trying several times and several devices.
Eine schöne App. Besonders das Easter Egg. (wer kam nur auf die Idee) Aber auch sonst läuft die App super. Ich freue mich, wenn es dann mit den Events wieder los geht und ihr auch in Deutschland richtig durchstartet!
Um ein Mobiles ticket zu haben möchte ich maximal eine app, nicht eine pro ticketverkäufer. Bitte stellen Sie standard .pkpass Dateien zu Verfügung. Dafür gibt es auch Android apps. Da muss mann nicht 30 verschiedene apps runterladen.
